May 2015 – Cinos Join in VE Day Celebrations
Cinos marked the 70th anniversary of VE Day by supplying a Winston Churchill Audio Visual piece to Trafalgar Square on behalf of Gidden Place.
VE Day was celebrated across the UK on the weekend of 8-10 May 2015. Trafalgar Square played a central part in these celebrations which included a Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph, a concert in Horse Guards Parade, a Service of Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey and a parade of Service personnel and veterans.
June 2015 – Cinos donate TV for local charity tournament
June saw the fourth installment of the Windlesham United FC charity football tournament in memory of Colin Annals and Ian Wooldridge. All money raised at the tournament was donated to the Woking & Sam Beare Hospices.
Congratulations to Stuart Hedgecock who won the 42″ TV in the tournament raffle. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success and congratulations to AFC Meadow Sports who won the final in a penalty shootout!
