Strengthening for the Future: Cinos Welcomes Key New Hires

To support our next phase of growth, Cinos has added to its Sales Team with three strategic appointments. These hires bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will help accelerate market reach and strengthen client relationships.

Jason Bacon joins Cinos as Head of Strategic Development, bringing over 20 years of experience in the AV/IT industry. Having held senior global roles at Harman International, NEC, and Philips Professional Displays, Jason’s expertise will be instrumental in driving Cinos’ growth and expanding our presence across new markets.

Joining our Sales Team as Technical Solutions Architect, Michael Warne brings a consultative approach to designing innovative AV and UC solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, fellow architects, and technical teams, Michael will help shape strategies that align with client objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Charlotte Lee completes the sales hires, joining as our Partner Success Coordinator. As part of the expanded Customer Success function, Charlotte will help to refine processes and maximise value from our new support platform. Over the coming months, as Charlotte integrates further into the Sales Team, she will become a central point of communication and coordination for partner-related activities.

In anticipation of upcoming projects, our Software and Development Team welcome three new hires. Junior Developers Habiba Musa and Christopher Power join the team alongside our new DevOps Engineer, Ryan Kilpatrick.

Ryan brings extensive experience in AWS and Azure environments, with a proven track record in delivering cloud-native architectures, automated infrastructure workflows, and embedding robust security and access controls. His expertise will play a key role in advancing our development capabilities.

Habiba and Christopher have quickly settled into the team, applying their skills to a key project aimed at improving data visibility and reporting across our systems. Their efforts are laying the groundwork for improved processes and insights, and they’re eager to contribute to the innovative projects that lie ahead.

With an expanding customer base and increase in project demand, our Engineering Team is growing to maintain the exceptional service Cinos is known for. We’re pleased to welcome Clint Brady, Dan Weston, and Steven Hughes as Technical Installation Engineers.

In their roles, Clint, Dan, and Steven will be hands-on in delivering complex AV solutions, overseeing everything from system staging and testing to on-site installation and commissioning. Collaborating with project teams and clients, they’ll turn technical designs into reality, ensuring every deployment meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Completing this wave of hires is John Jones, who joins Cinos as our new Support Engineer. With over a decade of experience in AV, from live sound engineering to corporate environments, John brings deep technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving. In his role, John is responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance across our client base, ensuring SLAs are met and our clients continue to receive the highest levels of support.
