Managed Connectivity Services Overview

In today’s digital world, keeping your business connected has never been more important. Organisations rely on high-quality, secure, and reliable connectivity to streamline operations, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service. When connectivity works everything is great. But if it goes wrong, it is not just a simple inconvenience. Poor connectivity leads to disjointed communications, decreased productivity, and unnecessary downtime which no organisation can afford. To ensure your organisation remains connected, you need to partner with a specialist who can deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable connectivity, allowing you to focus on your core business objectives.

Our connectivity solutions sit at the heart of our managed services portfolio, providing the foundation for businesses to seamlessly connect with their customers, teams, and partners. We enable businesses of all sizes to achieve Internet, point-to-point, and point-to-cloud network connectivity. Our SIP trunking voice connectivity services enable organisations to connect on-premises PBX, private cloud hosted telephony services, and cloud unified communications services such as Cisco Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams to public telephony.

With Cinos, your connectivity is more than a service; it’s the foundation for your success in an interconnected world.

We are nothing without connectivity. It serves as a fundamental pillar for organisations of all sizes, from SMEs seeking growth and efficiency to mission-critical public services who must ensure the safety and well-being of their communities. It underpins many aspects of modern operations and communication, making it indispensable in today’s interconnected world. At Cinos we take great pride in tailoring connectivity solutions that meet specific needs of our diverse customer base. Cinos is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in the UK, with our mobile connectivity solutions network underpinned by EE as a Main Network Operator (MNO). As a MVNO, Cinos can offer our own SIM cards for use by mobile / smartphones, tablets, PCs and IoT devices, or any other device that requires a mobile connection. Thereafter, we can provide a tailored range of subscription services including pay per use voice minutes, SMS and data, or bundled / all-inclusive voice minutes, SMS and data.

As an option our mobile capability can include FMC. This means a user working from home may present their business number when calling from any device, including directly from a mobile phone.FMC works hand in hand with our unified communications and collaboration services to provide true on-net calling between IP Phones, soft clients (including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Jabber and Webex), and mobile phones, without the need for additional software on the mobile device.

SD-WAN is a software-defined approach to managing the WAN. Cinos offers SD-WAN managed services and solutions based upon underlying Cisco Meraki or Cisco Viptela technology. The SD-WAN solution builds an overlay fabric which is carrier agnostic as well as transport agnostic. Customers get a consistent WAN built on any transport such as MPLS, Broadband, 4G/LTE, VSAT and more. The SD-WAN solution secures connectivity over all these transports to build a secure overlay network.

The solution is managed and deployed using a central cloud-based GUI. From this GUI new sites can be deployed, and policies can be created that dictate how traffic will flow across the WAN. The management portal also contains all the monitoring and performance tools required to troubleshoot and optimise the operation of the WAN.

Cinos’ SIP Trunking services enable your office phone system or cloud unified communications and telephony service, such as Microsoft Teams or Webex, to be connected to the public telephone network, allowing a user to make and receive telephone calls. With legacy ISDN and PSTN circuits no longer orderable as of 2020, and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) being switched off entirely in the United Kingdom in 2025, SIP Trunking solutions offer the modern telephony means to connect your calls between your phone system or cloud service, and external users.

Our SIP Trunking services provide both pay as you use and bundled (inclusive) minute options, allowing for complete flexibility and cost predictability in how you consume the service. We also offer a free cost analysis service where we will assess your current call and line rental spend and provide predictive cost savings on moving to our service.
