Before carrying out a Poly Studio installation, Cinos will work with you to understand your specific requirements. This will involve understanding the number of meeting spaces you are looking to equip, assessing the room sizes and acoustics and any special requirements you have such as divisible or multipurpose meeting spaces. In your spaces we will mount the camera and soundbar in the optimal position, connect the device to the room display and network and configure the system for the chosen collaboration platform. We will test the setup to ensure high-quality performance and post installation provide training and user guides where necessary.
