Cinos are proud to announce that we have been awarded with the internationally recognised Investors in People accreditation. This award acknowledges our on-going commitment to our employees in terms of support, development and recognition.

Investors in People

Formed in 1991, Investors in People (IIP) was established by the UK Government to help organisations get the best from their people. Two decades later this prestigious accreditation is recognised across the world as a mark of excellence. Designed as a framework for continuous improvement, the IPP accreditation represents a true commitment to employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice.

We are very proud to have been awarded with such a respected accreditation. We have created an honest and positive working environment at Cinos with an emphasis on the continued training and development of our employees. This award acknowledges the efforts of our highly skilled team, with their contributions supporting our continued success and growth.

Operations Director, Cinos

Cinos successfully met 39 standards from the core framework to achieve the Standard accreditation. Whilst this is an achievement in itself, there is further evidence to suggest the Silver accreditation is not far from reach, with a number of the 76 additional evidence requirements already in place.

This is a fantastic achievement for Cinos and I would like to congratulate the team on their success. The accreditation from IIP reflects our core company ethos of ‘Believe in excellence’. Having a programme to support and develop our employees is a key focus at Cinos and through their commitment we can continue to provide the highest levels of quality and service to all of our clients.
